Welcome to Year 1 & 2

Here is our web page where you can find out about all the exciting new things we are learning in our class this year.

This Autumn terms topic is Time to explore or we like to refer to it as Long Long Ago.

 

We will be very busy learning all about dragons, castles and all things fairy tale.
At the moment we are very busy using our pupil voice to plan with our teachers all the exciting things we want to find out about our topic.

 

We look forward to showing off our classroom and our work so far in our parents meet and greet, but for now here is some useful information for you to remember.

* We kindly ask that all children bring in £1 each week that provides your child with a healthy snack each day.

* Reading books and homework will be given out on Friday's please can you return these by Monday.

* PE will be on Friday afternoons please can you ensure that sensible footwear and gym kits are provided.

New Beginnings

Our first sacramental theme for Autumn Term is Domestic Church - Family. We will be identifying God as being present in every beginning and exploring the many beginnings each day offers.
